It’s a common assumption that following a KETO DIET will restrict you to have tasteless salads, and boring soups, but what if I told you that you can enjoy a lump-sum slice of a keto chocolate brownie without any guilt. Following KETO does not mean eating dull food, it means modifying your ingredients and choosing healthy options. For example, switching the normal flour with almond flour, and ditching the sugar with a drizzle of maple syrup.

To bake this scrumptious keto chocolate brownie you will need the following ingredients:
- 150 grams of unsalted butter
- 57g 95% sugar-free chocolate
- Three whole eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla stevia glycerite liquid
- Dispatch the above materials first because they will be our wet ingredients
- 1/4 cup of commercially available dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour (blanced and finely sifted)
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
- Some crushed Hazelnuts (and extra for garnishing)
Directions To Bake This Delectable Keto chocolate Brownie
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and butter/oil your baking molds. Make sure your baking molds are oven-proof.
- Pour the unsalted butter and the first (57g) dark chocolate into a mixing bowl over a hot water bath to melt. Continue to stir. The chocolate will melt at about 55-60 degrees. Don’t overheat, as overheating may cause oil to separate; or use the microwave method to gradually heat and melt.
- Keep the mixture on the side and let it cool down a little.
- Beat the three whole eggs, then add them to the chocolate cream and mix well.
- Then add a few drops of vanilla essence to the chocolate mixture.
- Now add the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, crushed hazelnuts, and gradually mix them with the chocolate mix.
- By using the cut and fold technique, mix the ingredients well with a spatula, and make sure to avoid lumps.
- Pour the mixed ingredients carefully into a baking mold, gently scrape the surface, and gently drop the baking mold to release the air bubbles.
- Bake at 160 ° C for 30-35 minutes, and then lower it to 110 °C and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool and you can unmold and enjoy.

To garnish the brownie, you can spread some hazelnut sauce, and drop some crushed hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds. A successful brownie has two characteristics: one is chewy and the other is moist in chocolate sauce, still baked well.
