Christmas is around the corner and, if you are both a chocolate lover and a vegan, then this vegan chocolate pudding cake is just right for you! It’s a definite crowd pleaser and it requires minimum effort to whip it up.
Not to say that because this is a plant-based Vegan Chocolate Pudding cake you can’t enjoy if you are not vegan. It’s the total opposite, it’s rich, chocolatey, and delicious. You would never suspect it’s vegan.
All ingredients in this vegan pudding recipe are sourced from plants. Plant-based milk, vegan sugar, and best of all no eggs are involved at all in the making of this recipe. I think this is the part I say no animal was hurt in the making of this recipe or should I say “no calf slept hungrily” and “no chicken went unhatched” ahahaha…

Do you have a nut allergy? You can substitute the almond milk for plant-based milk of choice, for example, you could use coconut milk or coconut cream instead.

Vegan Chocolate Pudding cake Video
Ingredients to make the best Vegan Chocolate Pudding cake
- 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ of a cup Granulated Vegan Sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- ½ cup of Almond Milk
- 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- ¾ teaspoon of Dark Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 ½ cups of Hot Water
- Salt
Directions
- In a bowl add the all-purpose flour, granulated vegan sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and mix.

- Then add almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix again


- In another bowl add dark brown sugar, cocoa powder and mix, after ad 1 ½ cups of hot water and mix again



- Oil cake molds and add 1 scoop of the first mixture in each mold




- Pour the second mixture into each mold

- Pour some water into the pot and place the cake molds. Cook on high for 2 hours

- Serve and enjoy

The Second Mixture

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups hot water

- Then add almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix again
