EASY VEGAN CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE RECIPE

Not to say that because this is a totally plant-based Vegan Chocolate Pudding cake you can’t enjoy if you are not vegan. It’s actually the total opposite, it’s rich, chocolatey, and absolutely delicious. You would never suspect it’s vegan.

Cake molds

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated vegan sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

The Second Mixture

  • 3/4 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add the all-purpose flour, granulated vegan sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and mix together.
  • Then add almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix again
  • In another bowl add dark brown sugar, cocoa powder and mix together, after ad 1 ½ cups of hot water and mix again
  • Oil cake molds and add 1 scoop of the first mixture in each mold
  • Pour the second mixture in each mold
  • Pour some water in the pot and place the cake molds. Cook on high for 2 hours
  • Serve and enjoy
